    I was approached by this agency couple or few months ago when I was busy with my daily work tasks. Conversation from expert sales team started as below:

    We can get you refund of thousands of pounds as your rateable value is calculated wrong by the Valiation office agency(VOA).

    I told them I don’t have time to think about or look into these details.

    They have forced or convinced me to say yes to speak to their surveyor. Then surveyor called me immediately and assured me of getting thousands of pounds refund. They asked me it will only cost 70pounda initially as deposit and once VOA confirms there is refund is due, then they will demand for 700 pounds. Then I said it’s fair and I would like to pay 70 pounds.

    I asked them what is the assurance that I get refund from the VOA, they replied

    “ ZERO ASSURANCE”

    Note: Moral is don’t get deceived by this agency who has rogue standards and practises in place.

    I have received an agreement by email which doesn’t need agreement or my approval or signature for this Agreement. I received an email after a week demanding for 700 pounds as is is due. I asked them why do I have to pay before VOA confirms that there isrefund due. Clements replied it is B2B contract which doesn’t need approval or signature. You have to pay 700 pounds.

    I got so hectic and disturbed with my six year old daughter sickness and admitted in hospital A&E and then my 5 months old son got the same sickness and today 8th May 2018 still suffering.

    I received call from Ben in Clements today 8th May 2018 at 12:05 PM asking for payment as it’s been so long and if I don’t settle it then the matter goes to legal and debt collection agency.

    I said Understand my personal situation, he said everyone has personal situations we need money or matter goes to court.

    I said you are causing nuisance and disturbance with your rogue trading conversations. He said you seek legal advise and you will receive letter from legal advisor tomorrow.

    People, please please don’t say yes to anyone who claims that they will get refund on Business rates as you might end up dealing with bunch of forced sales team and rogue traders who will stick you into this aggreement.

    I asked them what if a customer can’t read your terms:

    Ben at Clements said “ how come you are doing business in the UK with out reading English”

    He is abusive, bullying and racist comments against their customers.

    Please do not deal with this company as they perfect con and rogue traders.

    I received a letter on my name stating matter goes to claims court. I have paid the amount around 800 pounds to them.

    Now I am receiving letters stating that I face legal action writing a review on Google expressing my experience with Clements agency.

    I honestly believe that this is where public Can comment on how they are affected.

    If I have received at least satisfactory service I don’t give review like this.

    I believe it’s a B2B review.
