Anderson Sinclair is a company that will sell to you very well, but when it comes to delivering on promises they are shocking.
We looked to get a small and straightforward kitchen fitted, but half a year later we were still fighting them to finish the job.
Totally adept at taking your money and not honouring their word, they will not give a stuff once the contract is signed.
After avoiding our calls and literally shrugging their shoulders at our complaints. My wife had to got to the showroom to try and get a face to face with John, the owner. She told him of the stress, frustration, and impact upon our lives. He laughed at her.
Disputing the promises and blaming contractors, suppliers and other staff members, his attiitude ‘it will get done when it’s done’.
John’s arrogance and disdain for customers is obvious.
I have 102 emails which I am happy to make available to anyone who wishes to see the level of customer service they can expect from this company.
Save your money and time and go anywhere else. It is truly the second worse company I have ever dealt with (See Luckings Builders review!)
